located at back lane, Flash Flooded when heavy rain, Hotel condition very bad, old and broken furniture, noisy aircon and not cool, broken bath room door ,wild creeper on toilet top hung window,no shower rose and low water pressure, stain on bath tub and floor, stain on bath towel and pillow, breakfast fried rice only every morning.

If u r in tight budget then pick this hotel, use only blue bird cab to go anywhere in this bustling city. This hotel is quite outdated
Suggestion, top another 10usd then u can get a decent branded new budget hotel.

Slecht,bediening slecht,kamer slecht,ontbijt slech

Bediening lachte letterlijk als een boer met kiespijn. Kamer was goor. De airco koelde niet lager dan 25gr. Ontbijt was bijz belabberd, 'n paar hoekjes slappe tosti's met jam. Gewoon onder de maat als je bekijkt wat er in de beschrijving staat!!!

i was surprised with this hotel, located in the city center.i choose standard room. i'm not recommend this hotel. if you have more money, just choose other hotel. this hotel is quite clean, but don't ask about the towel. it is thick white towel with brown stuff, seems like old towel but still used. broken shower so every time when i take bath i have to use the water in "ember" (plastic stuff). i felt some itchy thing because of the matress, seems like tiny things but very anoying every time i sleep. lots of mosquito, but the Staff and the service is also good

near with panglima sudirman street (big road) and paza surabaya mall, and monumen kapal selam
