Nice hotel, but cleaniness not up to standard

Checked in at 12am. the receptionist lack command of english. entered the room, found many small crockroaches on the bed, coupled with several mosquitoes. No shower gel was provided.
Many many houseflies were found lazing around the breakfast area.

Hotel informal y sin idea de ingles
La habitacion q conseguimos era grande, nueva y limpia.

Al llegar nos dijeron que las habitaciones como las que habiamos reservado estaban todas ocupadas, que quedaban solo grandes pero tendriamos que pagar mas por ellas. Tras media hora de "discusion", pues no sabia nadie del hotel hablar ingles, conseguimos quedarnos en la grande sin pagar la diferencia. Al dia siguiente cogimos un driver del hotel para ir al aeropuerto y en recepcion nos dijeron un precio y el conductor pretendio cobrarnos al bajarnos.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No reservar en este hotel porque te puedes quedar en la calle aun habiendo pagado.

Saya terkesan dengan interior Hotel Tilamas yang minimalis dan apik. Kebersihan hotel juga sangat terjaga, serta pelayanan yang sangat ramah. Pemesanan transport melalui hotel pun sangat praktis dan lokasinya yang sangat dekat dengan airport sangat cocok untuk pengunjung transit.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel Tilamas cukup mudah terlihat. Saat menuju hotel hendaknya langsung mengambil jalur lambat di Jl. Raya Juanda, agar tidak terlewat karena perputaran baliknya jauh.

方便轉機....但是吃的食物種類很少!!! 語言也不太通...房間的空間很大也舒適....環境還不錯!! 很適合渡假/商務居住停留的飯店~
