Top location, but it has seen better days

hotel is, in a nutshell, have seen better days. front office staffs, concierges, etc are friendly, but the building / room need serious detailing. bed was ok, but the nitbits (drawers, towel hanger) need replacements.
don't stay here if you can't handle low bass sounds in the middle of the night (the discotheque across the street to blame, not hotel's fault).
breakfast is ok but were lots of not-warm-enough meals. if you're the cereal type, you'll be having problem. dine early, or else.
check in and out was swift, no big deal.
pool was ok, jacuzzi was also nice; can't comment about the spa & other facilities, didn't had the time to utilize them.

what a nice experience stay in it. it was an old hotel but still have spirit how to serve the best, room service, breakfast, and every thing. the only thing i want just to remake the hotel so they can stand more longer to be the best.

Hotel is located within a stone throw from tunjungan plaza which might be the largest shopping mall in surabaya. Very convenient to find something to eat. Room was very large, sofa was provided although a little dirty. Selection of channel on TV was very good. Car park space a little tight.

overall, it was an old building, the room need to be renovated. but still it was a luxurios hotel, so its an ok place to stay and spend the night. its located next to a shopping mall, therefore its easy to find what i need. the breakfast is ok, nothing special about that.
