Great location and big rooms

It is cheap and good hotel. It comes with spacious room, clean and nice. Less than 5 minutes walk to the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya. Don't miss it if you are considering to go to Surabaya for holiday. You have to try the local delicacy which is Ayam Penyet, it taste great.

Before staying, needed to extend 1 more day and talked to the front clerk because the plan had changed. Explaining in advance for my extension, the last day, no one checked my booking status and said "You cannot stay here any more because you don't have eligible booking 1 more day". Of course, complained it and let them check my extended reservation took almost 20 min with getting back to their operation room along with my cell phone displayed Adoda booking status finally with any apologies.

everyone who travels to surabaya must have heard about tunjungan. from time to time this name is well known as surabaya shopping area. now there is tunjungan plaza building, which become the icon of this activity. and this hotel towered just next of tunjungan plaza, separated just by a small street. for those who adore shopping as their lifestyle, this hotel is just what you looking for.
there are no such of perfect place. and so is this hotel. the room is quite big, but very old style. hotel management should replace the tv with updated and bigger lcd. for that room size the tv look funny

Had a really bad experience almost every day because the key card needed to updated the room number made us annoying to do so at counter each morning during my 5 days stay. Staff around the cafe in the morning were always mostly useless just kept on standing without doing anything. Get them really educated for what the hospitality is all about from a to z.
