Great location and big rooms

It is cheap and good hotel. It comes with spacious room, clean and nice. Less than 5 minutes walk to the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya. Don't miss it if you are considering to go to Surabaya for holiday. You have to try the local delicacy which is Ayam Penyet, it taste great.

Staff were pleasant and helpful, Rooms were clean and well presented, when we asked for a baby cot there was none available, they offered an extra bed for our eight month old baby but there would be an additional 50% room rate charge for that bed and they said that including for the breakfast (we told them our eight month old baby would not be having their breakfast but they said the policy is that the charges apply)
Hotel Feature Tip:
Dont go there if you have a baby, no baby cot provided.

Lovely hotel with excellent service..
Superb location with easy access by taxi and varieties of food to choose .

Stayed at Tunjungan Hotel with 7 friends. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed on 7th floor with easy access to to swimming pool as it was located on the same floor. The service was excellent from the security at the entrance, the bell boy and conceirge, greetings and smiling face are the norm daily routine. Breakfast was ok but the sitting was very limited. Had to wait for tables.Location was good as taxis are available 24/7.Next to hotel is the Tunjungan Plaza, a shopping mall with plenty of food to choose from.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Must visit Bromo for a life time experience of beautiful sunrise..

Conveniently located in the centre of Surabaya

The room was spacious and comfortable enough. But i don't really like the huge pillar at the centre of the room. However the hotel is centrally located in the city of Surabaya so it suite our purpose of going there for shopping. The food is excellent probably because i just love Indonesian food.

Prettig gelegen hotel naast een mall.

Komen reeds meerder jaren bij dit hotel.
Het verbijf is ons erg tegengevallen dit jaar.
De mensen achter de receptie waren niet vriendelijk en kortaf.
Het ontbijt is ook erg tegengevallen, er was nauwelijks beleg voor voor het brood aanwezig.
Van een scrabbled egg had men dit jaar nog nooit gehoord.
De WIFI zou gratis zijn, wij moesten ervoor betalen.
Al met al zullen wij dit hotel niet meer gebruiken.
Shopping Tip:
De naast gelegen Mall biedt alles.

大型ショッピングセンター横にあるホテルで便利すが、同レベルのホテルと比べると料金も高い。また、ホテル部屋、設備は古く、料金程の価値はない。
