Receptionist did not give any information about hot water for shower. and they did not have a hair dryer aswell. poor customer service, did not give any solution to make customer happy.

A nice pleasant hotel. The room is spacious. Should we want to make any changes to the booking, the front desk is ready to assist. The hotel crew are friendly and helpful. However, it will better if the hotel can add tea/coffee making facilities to the room facilities provided.

Definitely a good bargain.Room is spacious and I love the bed !
Breakfast - may be bread toaster takes a little bit longer time to toast,luckily not so many are taking bread for BF otherwise need to wait and queue.

kami menginap satu malam saja karena pagi sekali harus ke bandar udara Juanda. Kesan pertama masuk lobby hotel kok agak remang-remang karena kami check in sore hari, kesannya pencahayaan kurang. Tapi kami agak senang ketika masuk kamar yang ternyata luas serta kamar mandi yang bersih. Tetapi sekali lagi pencahayaan kamar juga kurang. Kami memesan room service untuk makan malam, ternyata cukup enak dan relatif murah untuk ukuran hotel bintang tiga. Tapi kami agak kecewa ketika tidur kami terganggu oleh suara motor trek / balap liar yang sangat berisik pada pukul 3 dini hari.

Ketika menginjakkan kaki ke depan hotel sudah terasa ada suasana yang berbeda dengan hotel yang lain. Kami disambut ramah dan langsung melihat interior hotel yang menakyubkan sehingga saya harus bertanya-tanya apa benar ini hotel bintang tiga sepertinya lebih dari itu.
