The hotel is new, clean and security is great.
Waitress needs to be proactive to re-fill the coffee/tea.
It was our first time staying in this hotel. The hotel is new but small. There are only 3 restaurants kind of not much variety. The security is good as only card key holder is able to access the higher floors. The Executive Room is big enough for us. One weakness of this hotel is the waitress never offered to re-fill your coffee or tea during breakfast. Overall, we are satisfied with this hotel.

the restroom doesnt have windows to let the air out and the room is a bit small.

Spent a weekend in the Paragon after trying other Surabay hoyels, found the reception to be extremely helpful upgraded me to get instant access.
The Citilites bar and restaurant is the star show of the hotel and spent my bar and eating time there rather than the other restaurants. Perhaps its the romance of sitting on the 21st floor in a open bar whilst the night life of Surabay pulses around you, truly a good experience to share.
Rooms are good with all facilities and the excutive bar and breakfast restaurant is also worth the money. Gym and pool are very good with service very attentive.
My only problem I found was the lask of lifts , perhaps they could do with another two. Becuase the hotel is popular theres too much lift traffic and sometimes you have to some minutes.
Having samples the Paragon I will only stay here for my weekends etc
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Paragon is central if you want to sightsee the city or surrounding areas
