Clean neat rooms, great service.
the nightlife is great in Surabaya, seafood restaurant close by to hotel as well , situated close to all amenities. there is a lovely Bar in the hotel. I definitely recommend that you hire a car if you want to travel around as some places are further 3 hours away from Surabaya central. 777 and shagrila hotel is situated across Paragon , nice pub and live music.

this hotel was brilliant. the staff, room, pool and breakfast were great. we had a lovely relaxing time for 2 nights here. we would book again if in the area

the airport transfer was prompt.
breakfast was had a very good spread and convenient.
room is a bit tight for space though and does not have a bath tub (if you need one)
still will recommend to friends

bad:
poor service
poor hotel management
experienced few times out of electricity within a week.
many defects on decoration details.
no one look after the swimming and located a bit off from hotel.
Shopping Tip:
a very big shopping mall just open beside the hotel but not all tenants fully operate.

Layanan Hotel di Java Paragon
Fasilitas kamar untuk hotel ini baik, yang kita suka dari hotel ini design minimalisnya bagus.

Kami pindah dari Superior ke Deluxe, karena di superior tidak ada twin bed, kamarnya cukup bagus dan type minimalisnya yang saya suka. Room boy dan door mannya ramah2, hanya ada beberapa yang di reception desk kelihatan mahal akan senyumnya. Pada prinsipnya menginap di Java Paragon Hotel Ok buat kami.
Hotel Feature Tip:
kami tidak tahu Hotel ini sudah berapa lama dibangun tapi kelihatan hotel ini tetap baru jadi kelihatan bersih dan rapi terutama design minimalisnya ok.

The room is nice, service also nice, food is not bad. Hotel facility is quite complete. From swimming pool, gym, sauna, even spa.

Sky cafe on the roof top of the hotel

Newly renovated hotel, good location & nice rooms
Hotel was very clean, situated next to a new shopping mall for great shopping and very good restaurants.

Very helpful & friendly staff. The hotel has a good restaurant but no bar/cafe.
Nightlife Tip:
The outdoor balcony bar in the mall next door has good food and a live band on Saturday nights.
