Not too bad 4 star hotel

i started with a smile on their receptionist staff, then they told me to wait on the lounge to get a free drink. up until 25 minutes later, after my drink is finished and after talking to my girlfriend, they are no notification whatsoever (i expect to see their staff coming at me and giving me the key room). then i decided to go the receptionist again, to make sure what happens to my key room. then they realize that they forgot. after awhile they give the key and there is no bell boy offer to help me to carry my bag. even though my luggage is only my backpack, it is very nice to hear about the bell boy offer, in fact in my years experience with 4 star hotels,there should be a bell boy to guide you into the room where in java paragon its none!.
the room is quite small and nice. the bathroom is decent, and it get smelly all night!.
the lift is only 2 for 21 floor, and its so slow!.
nevertheless my experience staying 3 nights is turning not so bad.

Lovely & Clean Hotel with Great Breakfast.

check in in the late evening with a very courtesy welcome from the receptionist and very fast proceed for check in to the room. a very clean and nice bed with spacious room with great location in the centre of town, breakfast was great with many variety and very near to town with easy 24hours taxi standby.
definetly will come back to this hotel for my next visit or reccomended to my friends.

the facilities for swimming pool, gyn, etc is in good condition

Great location but small rooms
Handy to shopping malls, friendly staff, very clean, weel appointed rooms.

Check in was a problem to get credit card authorized, whereas, same cc was no problem 3 days earlier!
Room was small after the much larger one we had for the same price 3 days earlier.
Kids enjoyed the pool, and we all enjoyed the location handy to shopping malls and central to most parts of Surabaya also the airport.
Shopping Tip:
A visit to Pakuwon Shopping Mall a must see. Carrefour also handy.

i like staying in this hotel. the room we stayed in is clean and has complete facilities. the staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast buffet they provide is quite nice actually. the location of this hotel is great, close to shopping arcade and entertainment area. overall, i am satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Basically there's no Pros staying in this hotel, overall experience for myself is good.

first time staying at this hotel. staffs are friendly, helpful and speak good english. you can always just approach the bellboy for a taxi or bookings. breakfast was good. there's also a chinese and japanese restaurant within the hotel that serve really good cuisine. on the top floor, you get to have a enjoy some good night views of the city at the same time for some chilling out with friends or associates. within minutes of car ride to a new mega shopping mall, ciputra world. you get to find everything you need there, from fashion, food and all supermarkets.
