not enough lift ,as there is only 2 customer lift that go up to all floors. we have to wait almost 15 minutes to down to the lobby or go up to our room.
beside that all good.

Bad exterior but decent interior

The hotel exterior is in bad shape. It was not appealing to look at. But I suppose it was under renovation and upon entering it was quite decent for an overnight trip.
No Wifi in the room though cable connection was provided.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Cafesera restaurant on Jalan Sutomo... really good East Javan food.

I would happily stay at this hotel again. The rooms are fairly spacious and modern. The executive rooms offer nice touches such as an iPod dock. Complimentary executive food/drinks are simple, yet inviting.
Two elevators is a limiting factor and can cause delays during busy times in the lobby.
Overall a pleasant stay.
Nightlife Tip:
SUTOS (Surabaya town square) is near by and offers a wide selection of bars and restaurants and often live open air music. Its worth the 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel.

a beautiful four star property, sits along mayjend sungkono, it offers easy access to the highway and many popular tourist spots. featuring beautiful designed rooms offering modern facilities for the comfort of their guests, it is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. located right next to the international schools, golf courses, theme parks, it is also just a stroll away from the shopping centers, super markets, food centers and night entertainment outlets. indeed a perfect location, their 230 elegantly designed rooms will also give their guests an unforgettable stay. all in all, a nice place of stay, it guarantees a memorable holiday.
Shopping Tip:
Location is very strategic. However, Located along Jl. Mayjen Sungkono which often jammed by commuters, is a minus. Find a parking spot can be rather difficult even for hotel guest. The security staff and parking attendants are rather hoping too much for tips from guests which is rather unacceptable from such a luxurious hotel

just ok hotel

stayed for a night on okt 2011 with the family. the room was smaller than what i expected, and smelled of cigarettes even though we asked for a non smoking room. the carpet was a little bit dirty and has burn marks. the bathroom was clean, nothing fancy,no bath tub, just shower..which was a disapointment since i was really looking forward for it. the service was good and friendly. overall, just an ok stay for us.

Great service, Great value (feels like a 4 star hotel with a 2 star value)

the room was alright, clean with a 32" lcd tv. however some of the paint on the alley ways might need renovating in the coming year.
none the less, location is alright - 5 minutes walk to ciputra world (a new shopping mal).

The hotel is fairly large. The rooms are decorated in modern fashion. The executive deluxe rooms are quite spacious and have good business facilities.
The executive lounge offers decent quality complimentary snacks and red/white wine between 6pm and 8pm.
Only having two lifts can be a little frustrating in such a large hotel.
Overall, a good hotel. Would stay again.

Not bad hotel for a short business trip, rooms could be more modernised and cofortable, pillows were not great.
