A nice business hotel in a strategic location

This hotel is a business hotel, noting that it is located in a strategic location close to city center. The superior room is not that wide but sufficient enough for a business traveller that only require room for rest and work, it has free internet access.
However, if you want to experience more, try to upgrade to executive suite, its located in 17th floor, very spacious room with extra dining and family room, suitable if you have a business travel together with your family. Furthermore, staying in executive suite you will enjoy a happy hour in the executive restaurant located in the 21st floor and you can see the city view from above.
If you want to have sky seeing experience whilst enjoying your dinner you can try in the 21st floor restaurant.
For relax, i has a nice and spacious swimming pool. The food is quite okay.
If I had to stay again in this hotel, I will stay again in the executive suite room. The last time I went there and booked superior room through Agoda, it ended up upgrading it to executive suite.

It's a very good hotel with a very good price, it's located at west of Surabaya and it's near a lot's of shopping mall. in the hotel there's a restaurant "A hyat Abalone" which is very delicious and they have a nice dim sum. The room is very clean altough is not big, they have all what i need.
Restaurant Tip:
in the hotel u can find "A Hyat Abalone" restaurant, which is very good at dim sum.

We were travelling with our 2 little kids and got some extra bed into our room. the room was spacious (exectuvive deluxe)and clean. the only negative thing was the smell of the water but i guess this is a local problem and cant be blamed on the hotel. the breakfast had an impressive variety of excellent quality. the GM was walking around and actively contacting the guests for offering support or asking for guests suggestions.
we didnt find out how they managed to do that but the pool is windy all day(something everyone will appreciate who has ever stayed in Surabaya).

I like the place. It has all the minimum requirement: clean room, spacious bathroom, amenities, water heater for coffee, wide screen TV, swimming pool, nice restaurants.
Cons: there is no place to put wet laundry. Twin beds are small so I cannot share the bed with my baby. Dirty plates used for room service are not immediately cleaned (they stayed in the hall for one day).
Restaurant Tip:
There are many restaurants outside the hotel. Try Dewa-Ndrau Culture Resto (located in front of Giant Super Market).

we stayed for a night there, and first impression was the size of the room, it was too small, well of course because it was in comparison to other rooms we had the day before. we came late at after midnight so we didn't really have time to enjoy the facilities. The breakfast was pretty ok, a lot of selection. the pool was great.
Restaurant Tip:
try for dinner or just to catch a drink at citilites, outdoor bar on the 21st floor of the hotel, offering a view of the city, but can be a bit windy though.

Enjoy our stayed there...the outlook of hotel building dissapointed me, peel-off wall paint for 4star hotel ? Come on ! But once you enter the lobby make u relieve. Not to mention the room, very comfort for a mom who traveling with baby to fullfil all ur baby needs. Will come back for sure.
