The hotel is quiet huge. The rooms are well designed in modern and minimalist style. The superior rooms are quite small , but the room are still very comfortable. The bars that located on the 1st floor, offers decent quality of drinks and snacks. sometimes it tooks some times to wait for the lifts, especially in the morning while everyone going down to the lobby floor to enjoy the nice breakfast
Nightlife Tip:
dont forget to go to the top floor open space lounge for few glass of drinks or snacks - viewing the glamour surabaya city from the heights

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, within walking distance to a new shoppping complex and not far from the location there is a row of shophouses of some small rsetaurants. There is a Chinese restaurant within the hotel too. The hotel is clean and spacious. A real value of money for its price.

i’ve chosen the hotel considering with the distance of business trip that i did. it’s a bit out of nowhere hotel considering there aren’t any food stall within walking distance around the hotel area, so you have to depend on hotel service when you are craving for food in the middle of the night.
it’s quite a compact hotel, with functional interior element in the room where i stay.
i cannot give any comment for the food, since it's a bit pricy hotel for my budget

This's my many times staying here, the room is neat and tidy but the thing that I'm abit disappointed are the room is to small for the Executive deluxe class and there is no bathtub too.
2 thing that I would like to suggest is, to change the in-room internest from LAN cable to wifi, since the LAN cable was so short I got stuck sitting on the desk when I really wanted to work on the bed and please provide min. of an hour to use the meeting on the 21st floor for each day I stay.

Nice stay at the hotel for two nights, tho I was a bit surprised that the twin bed room, are in fact twin size beds. (I was expecting two full size beds like some of the hotels I'd stayed in before). The room seems to be big enough for two full size beds. The facilities are complete, big pool + kiddie pool, gym and tennis court. Too bad wi-fi is only available in the lobby. (there's LAN connection in the room).
