I love the clean room, specially the bathroom, the first thing I check if I stay at a hotel, is the bathroom. Location is good, it's easy to reach restaurant, shopping mall etc. Breakfast is good enough, I would like to stay at Java Paragon again next time I visit Surabaya

this is one of the best hotel i stayed in surabaya so far.
the executve deluxe room is great. this hotel has an outdoor rooftop bar that guests can see the nightview of surabaya. this is fantastic and i also enjoyed the morning view when having breakfast on 21st floor.
the room was higher than my expectations and it was huge! tv in living area and bedroom. i love the food at ah yat abalone restaurant within the hotel also.
i had stayed in international 5 star hotels before in surabaya and this hotel far exceeds my expectations and furthermore, its proximity to the highway is well-suited for business travellers like myself.
will stay here again and will recommend to other visitors to surabaya on business trips for sure.

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found it convenient to our needs. the room and hotel facilities were excellent, but the hotel lacked ambience and the "feel" of a hotel. i think it probably needs a bit more local colour.
Nightlife Tip:
The location is ideal for liveliest night-spot in Surabaya (Shangri-la night-club Desperados) but is some distance (Rp25k taxi ride!) from main shopping and other night-life attractions.

Java Paragon hotel and apartment give a great services and very helpful during our stay in Surabaya.
We felt very secure as the location of the hotel is not closed to the road and 24 hours security check is complete that feeling.
The room is very luxurious and comfortable.
At night, we like very much to visit the citylite bar, located at the top of the hotel, floor 21. You can see the night light of Surabaya city, very wonderful.
We hope we could return to this hotel one day and we will recommended this hotel to our friends.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
I like that hotel for many reasons.

The stay was so pleasant. My spouse and my children appreciated and I think that very soon I will plan another stay in Changi Village Hotel. It is close to the airport and we were tranferred to the airport without charge. I will recommend that hotel to many people planning to travel to Singopore.

i spent three nights there and it felt like one day because i feel very homie. the con works well, free internet with stable connection and speed, cleaning service always came consistently at 9 am. easy access for city travelling since they have blue bird booth near concierge. near sutos, the must seen hang out place for my age x).
breakfast menu is little bit boring in term of taste for taveller like who likes to eat the traditional food that every hotel served.
Restaurant Tip:
top three malls you have to visit in term of uniques store and local brand restaurant with delicious taste : Pakuwon supermal. Galaxy Mall, and heritage Tunjungan Plaza.
