It's really great hotel because only 200 meters from shopping mall. And the spa also good because we can spa at the night time after back from shopping and before sleep.

Good location next to big mall and good food. But during year end holiday, it's too crowded. The elevator served only few people so we must queu about 20-15 minutes to go up or down. The buffet serve good food, but again we must queu for sitting. But overall, it's nice place to stay.

the room facility was great and the breakfast food taste was nice.

the gym and the swimming pool is great too. like to come back there.
the citylite restaurant is also nice but expensive.
Shopping Tip:
the location event close to mall is not easy to reach there you need spend 10-15 hard walk through hot day or chilled night or under rain. you truly need a taxi for 10.000,- (1,2us$) ride.

this hotel is good for business purpose and near with ciputra world shopping mall. busy hotel and well known as good hotel with good facility, but is not good for family stay because this hotel is smell smoking even in not smoking area. very nice facility such as spa and swimming pool and restaurant. we have no problem for stay even in small room and the room is clean. we are satisfy with locations and using car we can found near place for food specially this location near famous food in east java
