Great location near shopping mall

Check-in untuk 2malam. Front office butuh waktu untuk recheck voucher Agoda, walau akhirnya dapat 2 kamar yang terpisah. Kamar dengan perlengkapan standard yang masih baru. Breakfast cukup OK dengan varian yang lumayan lengkap. yang paling mengesankan adalah view dari cafe yang ada dilantai atas...

Great location

I booked three rooms for my brothers and sister with their children. The younger children like the swimming-pool so much while the adults like the sauna and jacuzzi. They had a good time at the hotel and Surabaya.
Shopping Tip:
You can find the new mall, CiputraWorld just next door (within walking distance). There are restaurants and cafes in the mall and also along the road (Mayjen Sungkono where the hotel is located).

Lovely apartment, great location
The apartment are huge and each room were also very spacious

We were staying in the apartment the night before my wedding day, so we basically booked 2 apartments and used one of them as make up and changing room base for everyone. There was approx 25 people at 1 time on the D-day and somehow there was still plenty of space to go by. We were having a all you can eat dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor (on the main hotel building) one night, foods was just fabulous
Restaurant Tip:
There is a shopping centre called Sutos nearby the hotel (approx 15 minutes taxi ride), which has lots of nice restaurants and bars. One of it being a Thai restaurant (unfortunately forgotten the name) was nice, nice: on the food, value for money and great staff

Luxurious and spacious hotel on West of Surabaya

The stay was quick but it was nice sleep, the aircon was kind of hot during the day however the bed was superb. The bathroom was nice. We were staying at twin bed room. The breakfast was international buffet. I would recommend you to go to Ahyat Abalone on the 2nd floor for chinese food lover.
Shopping Tip:
Ciputra World is a brand new mall recently opened, it is walking distance although if you prefer comfort, you could always hire a taxi for Rp10,000 to Rp15,000 for a ride.

good facilities in the room, but it's a bit crowded with the coffee table and the bulky chair.
location is nearby a big new mall ciputra world, it's a walking distance if you love to walk, as long as the weather is friendly.
breakfast has lotsa choices, fave was the wheat bread and the additional indonesian food is good, would love to see more choices of delicacy forward on the stand.
will surely return to this hotel for next visit to surabaya.
