Hotel rooms are tired and could do with a major refit through out the hotel
I traved to the hotel with my wife and her family for one night stay they were a few of us, but because they did not fit the middle class Indonesian remit of their usual cliental, they were treated with a certain contempt. This was not the in your face attitude but just an underlying snide contempt.

It was good experience for me to stay in this hotel, hospitality is very nice, room is clean, the bathtub is spacious. I will come back again

Everything was more than expected , staff,room, bar etc.
When staying in Surabaya I would recommend staying at the Marriot . The staff was very complete and professional and curtious in conducting the job. The room was very clean and the bed was correct with correct linens.
