it;s a great place to stay with a great location with nice price, nice hospitality with the profesional staff. standard management by marriot really enjoy the hospitality with skillfully staff.. clean room, nice beds and amenities as well. next trip to surabaya will be the next destination for sure fellows

we had a nice stay with a good breakfast, the service was great as allways and we enjoyed the pool area, even tho smaller than other hotels in this category it was satisfactory.
the check in and check out procedure went smoother than normal, but i still think they should do something in this area due to the need to wait for your turn often happens.

my friend liked the hotel, i made the booking for him. he told me he liked the standard of the hotel and that he had a nice and comfortable stay, especially the bedding is wonderfull in jw marriott, and you are sure to get a good sleep which is an important thing.

located in the center of surabaya, you'll find that this hotel is a perfect stay for all businessmen & travelers. unlike any luxurious hotel which usually i found their employees to be strict & cold, you'll find warmth & plenty smile here. it's a well maintained room although not the most up to date furniture. i spent hours of breakfast here, since every meal they serve is great.

the hotel offers us with many positive figures, i can not even think one of negative thing regarding this hotel.

nice stay with super service, i asked for a longer internet cable, and straight away they brought it. also, if you order food from outside the hotel, they will arrange it to be delivered to your room, either by the food delivery or by a hotel bell boy. this is something you dont see in many other 5 star hotels.
the breakfast is good, with free cappuchinos, lattes or whatever kind of coffee you prefer.
i enjoy staying at this hotel.
the only minus, is when you check in and out, they are simply undermanned or too slow to get the simple procedures done.

the service and comfort at this marriott hotel is top notch, i was lucky that the no smoking normal rooms was sold out and they therefore gave me a free upgrade to a suite room, very nice!
the breakfast was also very good, good quality food and a broad selection, not the biggest selection i have seen in a 5 star hotel, but still very good.

The Marriot is as you would expect from any international hotel. The reception staff were very pleasant and checkin / checkout was fast and efficient. The cafe bar was very pleasant for lunch and the hotel is local to the large shopping Mall. Breakfast was more than adequate. However I was not happy to hear the bass tones of the aerobics class on the pool deck at 06:15am Overall a pleasnat stay
