Definetely very close to RKZ Hospital (10-minute walk or 5 minutes by pedicap, pay only 7,000 rupiahs). The room was clean and comfortable, although no television inside guest room. No breakfast was served but the kitchen was at your disposal. Small tips for you, 1. Bring your own towel and soap, 2. Bring cash since you need to pay deposit of money to have room key. The rest, this hostel deserve recommendations.
