No window but comfortable nonetheless!

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Maumu Hotel & Lounge. The entrance was a bit unusual because it was simply a parking lot where there's a lift taking you to different parts of the building (hotel entrance, lounge or family karaoke place). It cost us around Rp100.000 for a taxi ride from the airport and the taxi driver recognized straightaway when we mentioned the hotel. The lounge has varied menu (this was also the place where they served the buffet breakfast). However the room I was in had no window (which I didn't have any problem with) because we could always had a nice drink in the lounge with an excellent city view. The only downside was the room wall was thin, we could heard noises from the hall.

hotel entrance at car park area. The room OK only but the bed is king size enought for 2 adult & 1 child. Breakfast not good, the food not clean & the dinning area located at roof top which very hot.

slow to attend to requests (make-up room), AC was not able to cool the room in the day, barely at nights. Near malls but difficult to cross the busy surabaya traffic.

It was fabulous. Value for the money spent. The hotel is walking distance to 3big malls in Surabaya. The breakfast buffet was in top floor, although the food was average (try to come early so the menu still complete) but view was surprisingly great.

Good Location, there is a shopping mall & u get everything.But nothing is good in the hotel.There is no good cleaning & their Service is very poor.Their restaurant is in the roof, but covers by Glasses, very very hot there is no fan even.Their break fast is not good.There is no cooling in the room.Air corn is there, Even after we clean also there is no effect of cooling , bec it is not located where it suppose to be. This is not standard hotel.Very poor in English.

2x ganti Kamar karena ac tidak dingin n freon bocor, itu pun lama naru digantikan. Shears ya jgn dikasikan ke tamu Kamar yg tdk pantas. Sewa Mobil hotel pie layanan tdk memuaskan sama sekali. Never stay in this hotel anymore.

Clean and small hotel
the location of the hotel is not far from the shopping area in Jln. Basuki Rahmad and Jln Genteng Kali

So far is nice to stay at the hotel but the problem is to find a taxi from the hotel especially in the morning. Taxi hotel's partner has bad condition. The car is so old and messy.

Just walk through Jln Genteng Kali to buy original gift from surabaya

Nice hotels in the middle of Surabaya.. The room is clean (hopefully not just because it's new building).parking zone is small. On the weekend,cars will be placed on the street..
