Hotel location is in mid of the city --- make it unbeatable

I frequently stay in this hotel when I'm in Surabaya. The hotel is in business district area and shopping mall (Tunjungan Plaza). The staffs are friendly, the TV has many channels (including HBO and all those movie channels). The foods are great. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

good place to stay.. but there was a little problem with the lunch, one of the desserts shouldn't have been served as it passed its consumption time / expired product.. it was one of the indonesian dessert, i forgot the name.. they withdraw it from the shelves afterward.. but we shouldn't experience that in a 4 star hotel, shouldn't we?
Travel tip:
It's in the middle of the city, so should be easy o get anywhere you want..
