easy to go anywhere and good hotel room, its very near from tunjungan plaza, the biggest mall in surabaya and its easy to get a taxi and not too far from airport for sure.
Shopping Tip:
if you want to stay near malls, but want to keep quiet then stay here

This is our 4th stay at the hotel and always come back in the end. Centrally located and good service in general with spaciuos, quiet rooms. Good value for the money. Breakfast is not great but that's the only downside we can think of.

Very good hotel
Clean, easy access to town and airport, international level

Recommended by my local fren in Surabaya. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, service is good. Near to Surabaya zoo, 10min to town, 30imin to airport. Reasonable prie for international hotel! Free wifi! However bath room uses rain shower, I don't really like it.

the room is clean and comforting, the service is good and the pool area is nice as expected

When we were there, they had a batik painting day course for kids too. Me and the kids had a nice weekend :)

Great hotel for business trip

i would recommend this hotel for business traveler in need of fast internet connection although the room does not have wifi internet connection but the lan internet connection do have a really fast internet connection.
the room is also quiet clean and excellent bathroom.
although the hotel location is not in walking distance from the mall access, it is quite near enough from the tunjungan plaza if you would take a cab to get a grab to eat.

it was a very clean hotel. the officers was very polite, kind and very helpful. the breakfast buffet served variety of modern food. the room was big enough and the hotel had a massage facility also a different restaurant and a cafe. it was very pleasant experience for me to stay there.and i am looking forward to stay there again in my next trip.
Shopping Tip:
not so much department store near the hotel.

one advantage of staying in this hotel is the location. but other than that, the hotel has nothing special to offer.
the lobby is small, the beds are too springy! and the room floors are not carpeted
