Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tunjungan Plaza, Grand City Mall, Galaxy Mall, Lenmarc and CITO (City of Tomorrow) are the best shopping place to go at Surabaya.

a good 4 stars hotel with a good location, good room, clean and good bathroom but not really good with the food especially breakfast. i think it would be great if the hotel can offers the guest more different breakfast choices.
Shopping Tip:
Tunjungan Plaza is about 5 - 8 minutes from the hotel. It is quite big and complete for us to do shopping and looking for foods.

The service given to the guest is very excellent especially at the reception counter. Thanks a lot for allowed me to have an early check in without any charges inccurred. The food served at the coffee house also worth for your money. The room facilities is equal to 5 star hotel. Mercure Hotel will be my first choice whenever I visited Surabaya.

Worth for your money with good facilities and the room is very clean.

nice, cozy and clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staffs especially those incharge of the entrance security .They been helping me to block those cars which are running very fast from the difference direction on the road so that i managed to get into the hotel in safety .

Shopping Tip:
for those who prefer to buy cheap but nice clothing , i suggested that go to Pasar Atom or Atom Mall. There are a lots of things to see and to chose for .

I was satisfied staying in this hotel. The room is very nice and clean. We got a free wifi in every room. It has a very good service. The breakfast was so delicious,many kind of meals; Indonesian and European. They also offer Jamu, a Java traditional drink that you can try. It's nice.
