Overall is a good hotel. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff have exhibited professionalism. Condition of room and gym is clean however ventilation in the restaurants is not so good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and after leaving the restaurant, our body stinks with food smell. But I must not deny the food taste was good.

Good place to lodge with jacuzzi, sauna and gym but unfortunately due to flight cancellation we arrived only the next morning. Checked into hotel and had to rush out for meeting. Though the stay is short, it is worth coming back to this hotel in my next visit. Overall, i'm satisfied with the service.

had a wonderful stay a mercure hotel surabaya indonesia. the room was nice and very clean. what i like most about this hotel is its brakfast. a lot of varieties and the food was fantastic. all the staff at mercure are very polite n friendly. thumps up for the great services. will surely stay at mercure for my next trip to surabaya!!!!!
Shopping Tip:
about 10 minutes drive to tunjungan plaza...the biggest shopping mall in surabaya i guess... :)

Mercure Surabaya Not a bad place to be
Very friendly and helpful staff, 24 restaurant, pool in the back yard that even when closed is available.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and our baby loved the pool. My parents loved the buffet breakfast (not included with the room). All in all we were all very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

24 restaurant, pool avaiable even when "closed", big rooms, nice, friendly and helpful staff, No smoking rooms and floors and that in Indonesia where everyone seems to smoke.

We loved our overnight stay before we started our journey inland. There is not much in the area around the hotel that would be of interest to tourist. Still the food was decent (apart from the bread at the breakfast buffet) and reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel.

The stay was very pleasent. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Taxi may look rare at first but was actually efficiently parked at the back of the hotel. A notice to the hotel staff will be adequate to arrange for a taxi, very convenient. Room was great too. The bed and shower facilities are excellent. Supporting facilities, such as restaurants and Spa, were adequate and priced reasonably. Security was also commendably satisfying. Overall will give 4 stars out of 5. Good works, keep it up. Will not hesitate to stay again for the future trips, and will recommend for those planning to visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Staff are friendly, even the taxi driver. Get one and asked them to bring you around, very convenient.

A very pleasant stay. Although a bit far from the city centre, making travelling by taxi a must, but calling for a cab is easy as there is a fleet of taxi waiting at the hotel car park and they are easily available at anyone's call and at anyone time. There are also a swimming pool and restaurant within the hotel, making it self sufficient and guest need not venture out if one wish to just stay in the hotel. Price is reasonable. Good stay indeed.

It is a nice place to enjoy my holiday as I spend most of my time inside the hotel. The Chinese new year decoration is outstanding and it gave us a home feeling.
Anyway, I would like to make additional comment on your website as the restaurant menu and the price list has not been updated for almost 5 months. It is highly recommended if you would keep updating your web.
Besides, you are recommended to provide a accurate Surabaya map in your hotel. I got one from your hotel but it is no so reliable.
Restaurant Tip:
The BBQ duck and all dim sum in the Chinese restaurant are highly recommendeded for you all.
