the room was quite big and it had a modern look and still quite new.
the only hiccup was when check-in, i got the twin bedroom instead of queen size bedroom that i booked using agoda. the receptionist said it didn't confirm the queen size bedroom. so traveler should contact directly to hotel after booking if you have special request.
the breakfast was also good with varieties with a price tag.

the room was good, but badly couldn't stay there even just to see the room :(. It's supposed to use as a family holiday, but suddenly my son felt down and has to stay in the hospital. Only my husband check in late at night, and has to go to hospital really in the morning.
It seems to be nice stay...

The hotel is the middle of the CBD, good location if you come to do business in Surabaya. The Wifi is good and free, we stayed on the 10th floor and did not hear anything from the busy traffic.
You have three dining options, Japanese, International and Chinese and a coffee lounge.
The food served at the International and Chinese restaurant were just average in quality and the staff performance was disappointing; they significantly lack of training, the staff is smiling but they forget to give you cutlery when they bring your food, or they bring your drinks and then disappear without taking your food order.
The room is very basic and the TV has many international channels..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The US consulate has moved to another location on the other side of town (Citraland 35 minutes by taxi)
