nice hotel with big room and hospitality

need more attention for the bath room...too small, for the box of shower when we open the door (the door open out side from the box)...water could be drop all over the floor. Its not comfort for people who love the dry and tidy floor.
And for rhe towel need to rejuvenate
We very appreciate for the hospitality, very nice food and room service.

There are more option of food for breakfast...of course with taste not bad

The location is good but not a lot of food outlets around. The staff are friendly and the restaurants are OK. However someone else charged their dinner to my room. Whoever it was only indicated my room number but not my name and the Hotel's restaurant still accepted this. So check your bill carefully when you check out.

All time favorite hotel in Surabaya!
Near the town, previously there is a 24hrs supermarket nearby but right now the supermarket is closed since they got fire accident.

As usual, always good to stay here. My favorite business hotel since 2007. They have a good food and good room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You may see the oldest hospital in Surabaya here ;D If you don't wish to eat breakfast at the hotel, you can get breakfast at nearby McDonalds.

The hotel is located closed to Ciputra world, a new integrated sopping complex. Taxi can be easily arrganded as it is under the management of Accor Group. General feeling is good when check in and the free wifi (plus fast downloading speed) is fantastic after a day of travel.
