Spacious, Clean and Friendly hotel

The staff at reception was really friendly and helpful. There was a minor confusion over the room but they were able to resolve it quickly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast spread was sufficient and service at the food counters was great. The quality of food in the Chinese restaurant was really good and the price was fair.

it was not my first visit either my last (for sure) to this hotel. this great hotel has all that we need. there's a swimming pool, fitness center, spa and massage center, bar, and fantastic chinese restaurant, named lan hua. its very easily to find because it placed in the center of town, just few minutes far away from mall, restaurant, book store, gas station, town garden, and many things you may need. my brother was convened his engagement party in here, so all my family members stayed for a night, and they all satisfied
Restaurant Tip:
Their Lan Hua has a fantastic dim sum menu and very various delicious chinese food.

cons: aircon noise in room wasn't very nice, there was a construction noise as well that was coming from the neighborhood (cant blame the hotel i guess) but thanks to the power showers always save the day!
pros: nice location, friendly staff, i enjoyed the in room dining service, average facilities but it's more than enough

Great Hotel with Reasonable Price

my friend and i stayed in mercure surabaya over the weekend, to attend the wedding party of our friend in mercure's ballroom. it was a very pleasant stay. started with afull smile-quick-helpfull front desk service with fresh welcome drink, make good imprrssion for us. the room is spacious and clean. bathroom is also nice and clean. we like our comfortable bed. we have got the chance to try the breakfast, but for sure..our next visit would be longer so we could enjoy this hotel even more.

lovely hotel with excellent service

this is my second time that i stayed at mercure surabaya hotel. and i love it. it close to shopping mall and the service is excellent. once i need rope and scissor to wrap my things, the staff is provide it for me.. that kind of service that i never forget.
