Business travelers Indonesia, May 15, 2013	Great hotel New, clean and great breakfast 8.7 Everything about this hotel is good however there are few improvement can be made regarding of staff friendliness and attentiveness. More waiter/ess placed during breakfast will be great. And last but not least please change your pillow to better one.........it's not comfortable at all.

You arrive, the staff is friendly, check in is a matter of a few minutes, cases are brought up to the room. Checkout is also a matter of a few minutes only. The room was very comfortable. Size wise it is more than sufficient, also the bathroom does not feel cramped. It is easy to spend a whole day in the hotel. The bed is comfortable, the water is instantly warm, the amenities provided are nice and in sufficient quantity. Internet works fine, and it is quiet. PErfect to spend a weekend away from it all. The breakfast menu is standard. Nothing to write home about, but good quality. Room service, even at 3 a.m., is quick and fresh. Prices are acceptable. The drinks in the mini bar are free of charge.

The centrepiece and talking point of the room is an enormous open wine cellar encased in glass so guests can view our impressive collection of wines from around the world. East meets West in this restaurant that fuses fine Japanese with Western cuisine in a playful, imaginative manner as reflected in its name that is an abbreviation of “high society”. “Hi” references its location on second level which, with its high windows, gives diners an unparalleled view of the lobby and the city. The accent on the “o” is a rare symbol, representing the restaurant’s unique positioning. Here, you can dine, drink and be entertained by a live band in any of the three distinctive areas carved out to provide diners with a choice of seating.
