it was a good night staying in this hotel. the room is just enough with 3 of us, although we book the smallest type of room, which is groovy. everything is good and we find only problem with the toilet basin, the water is running really slow into the pipe, so it was quite annoying and dirty..
overall was good, will be back next time!!

we would reccomend this hotel to anybody who wish elegant , simple and clean rooms, kind and helpfull staff, good location to start sightseeing of the city, very rich and tasteful breakfast as well as other meals. though the hotel is located by the road with heavy traffic, noise was not disturbing inside the hotel.

Cleaned, breakfast fair selections and have a local restaurant just next door. Wifi available.

It was a good one night stay. Hotel is new, cleaned with fair selection of items for breakfast. Near to Tunjungan Plaza and has a local cusine restaurant next door. The room is nice especially the design on the wall (flowers) however the toilet is small.
Wifi available.
Will stay here again on my next trip.
Shopping Tip:
Travellers to Surabaya - dont forget Jambatan Merah Plaza and Pusat Grosir Surabaya. I had a wonderful time at both places. As in other places, be careful if your handbag and personal belonging.

For me, this is a great hotel. It IS small, in every positive way. Comfortable. Clean. Good service. I didn't take breakfast though. Definitely going to stay there again.

Hotel with great location & very dedicated staff
Simple modern/chic hotel with wonderful helpful & friendly staff. Location is great & within walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest shopping mall!

Great wonderful dedicated staff - indeed so helpful & friendly. Gave us immediate attention to our request for an early check-in when we came back from our night trip to Mt. Bromo & was at the hotel @ 10.00+ am. On checking, the reception proposed that we could have an immediate check-in @ their affiliated hotels nearby or wait until their room was made clean & ready for us asap! We loved MidTown Hotel & we waited for the room which to our surprise was made available to us within 40mins i.e. @ 11am with no extra charge! Such a relief & great for us as we were extremely exhausted over the entire night-travel & climb on Mt. Bromo.
Travel tip:
Visit the Atum Plaza, 15mins taxi ride, to experience the great varieties of Indo-local food, esp. the udang nasi with beef or penjet chicken ... its sheer yummy-yummy! Experience their local shopping here, you may find interesting buys also!
