Staff were very helpful. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, good location
Was hard to get the right temperature from the aircon - was often too warm or too cold.
Stayed here for a work related visit for a few nights, the bedrooms are very clean and quite stylishly decorated. Breakfast was fairly basic but acceptable, with excellent coffee. Staff were attentive and helpful. The main problem was the slow wifi internet access. Would stay here again - overall good value for money.

nothing to complaint about.
A resort in the city with a nice pool. Service was very good, will stay here again if visit surabaya again. Carrefour just a walking distance next to the hotel. This hotel provides free shuttle service to big shopping mall in downtown Surabaya. Ask them for drop off & pickup @ 1,3,6,9pm, very convient.

The room still ok, nice garden, nice staff, good price...
The water of the pool never clear and over product inside..... the service not so goog on Executive room, even still have to pay for internet, shouldn t be on executif room....
This Novotel getting hold and it s more like 3 starts hotel than 4..... The executive room it s actualy Deluxe room nothing exeptionel, more like superior room but the price much more high and no internet??.... could renove the bath room and fix the pool water
this is family hotel, no so much to relax....
