Perfect hotel at a perfect location
Great swimming pool, great and spacious room.

I booked a superior king room but because of the high occupancy at that moment, the officer upgraded my room into a Suites Room, which is very spacious and cozy. The staffs were very friendly and the location is very close to the city centre and many malls in Surabaya. The hotel was very clean and all facilities functioned well.

nightmare on 8 am
the food on the restaurant was great

late check in 00.30am(with notice)and wait around 45 min to get the room,we got new renovation room full of mosquito,we manage to sleep by 4am, but 8am they start to drill and bang bang the room next to,after complain they manage to stop it, and we carry on the sleep,and get lunch in the restaurant, the hotel give compensation of the morning noise with free transport to the airport.

Hotels have nice environment with good and friendly service.
Rooms are reasonable but upper deck ones need to be renovated.
Wifi is on seperate charges.
Live band is quite good.
Swimming pool needs to be cleaned due to leaves and chlorine is quite high.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Mount Bromo is lovely to visit in Surabaya but would need fine weather to have a good view.

Resort di tengah kota. Anda bagaikan liburan setelah penat seharian di keramaian kota surabaya. Saya recommended hotel ini akan tetapi pelayanan check in sangat lama mungkin karena kesiapan dari kamar. Kamar nya cukup besar. Dan fasilitas hotel yang banyak. Cocok apabila menginap dengan keluarga dan anak kecil.

Dekat dengan penthouse night club

Really enjoy the hotel's environment.. i love the pool view. but did not really enjoying the room. big space but feels empty. Also the renovation during my stay was still working until 11 pm.
Travel tip:
ask for a higher level room, not in the first floor..

When arriving at the hotels, all the hotels personnel was very helpful.
