Very very disseponted with the service. Maybe because I stayed in the Apartment and not the Hotel?? Apartment room is dirty like as if it's never been clean properly. Only given 2 pillow and when asked for extra pillow they said that there isn't any, until I complain to the reception caunter then they give me extra 1 pillow. So far Novotel that I know always give 4 pillows, but this is different. When toilet tissue finished and ask for it, takes about more than 1 hour to received it, and it's also after 4 times calling the room service.
Hotel Feature Tip:
At night do not walk near the swimming pool alone if you are a girl because there are lots of frogs.

located near the heart of surabaya city, with quite big room but the minus point is the apartment where i stayed looks old, they should refurnished the room with new furniture and tidy up the electronic cable because they were a mess everywhere. i also have trouble with the keycard when i want to enter the room

It was nice to stay with great location in cozy room surabaya novotel hotel however I couldn't avoid from long que when I was check in and out.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I may guess somebody who interested in surabaya either for business or tourism can stay over the night here in surabaya. Or surabaya can be a good transit place for heading for Mt.Bromo as well.
