By far the best stay I have had in a resort in the last 3 years of travelling. You got what it says on the package and more! I had just come out of hospital and came here to recover and the staff could have not been more helpful, the service was amazing, the kitchen catered to my needs and special diet at the time. Polite efficient I could go on. The resort itself is spotless and first class. I reccommend this chain to anyone anywhere in the world. Very high standard and a great place to kick back, chillout and enjoy life!
Hotel Feature Tip:
There's not really alot to do around the resort, but I found that for me wanting to just relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life it was perfect a real escape! A little paradise. And is an ideal distance from the airport with great transport options provided.

The hotel location is the only thing I valued because it's very quiet. The room is not very clean. In fact the overall hotel's condition is not too clean. I think it needs a little renovation. Internet connection is not free, I have to pay for it. I wouldn't recommended this hotel to someone who wants to have a clean and tidy hotel. The staff and hotel service is average.

Staying overnight at Surabaya before boarding an early flight en-route to Kalimantan on a business trip. Looking for a nice hotel which is near to airport, but with an affordable price. Arrived via flight from Kuala Lumpur and checked in late. Registration was a breeze as booking was already confirmed via Agoda. The room size was adequate and the ambience was cozy. Checked out easily early in the morning to catch a flight to Kalimantan.

Nice Hotel with Nice View

overall this is a nice hotel. we stayed during the week-end, and on public holiday there's a free horse ride your kids can enjoy for free.
there's also like some kind of coloring for kids, too bad i notice it when it's about to end.
the pool is nicer than other 4-5 stars hotel at surabaya.
it has a mini water slide and a unique main pool on the side.
our room was nice with a pool view, but somehow the towel was a bit dusty.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check your AC upon arrival so you can sleep better during the night. I notice that my AC is warm on the second day of my visit :p
