Great location

It was okay, they gave me the new refurbished room. The problems I experienced were: I could not the internet access, the wash basin was clogged, the phone was dead, the A/C was too noisy but I like the pool and the friendly staffs.

Good deals which turns out to be unrenovated rooms

What I thought was a good deal, turns out the rates apply only for old, run-down rooms.. Was upset, but in the end, they were nice enough to "upgrade" me to their new renovated rooms. I don't understand why would they, since they have the new rooms available, let the guests into old rooms, which is totally run down, smelly and even have doors which can't open. When they could have made guests comfortable and happy with their new rooms. I mean it's not like the old rooms are the only ones left available? Let customers try the new ones, so they know better the new standard of quality and come back again next time.

Not as good as I expected

It was quite disappointing. Firstly, I had pre-booked a hotel room via Agoda. When I reached the hotel to check in, I was informed that the hotel was full and they "upgraded" me to a one-bedroom apartment unit. The room was big, but old. The floor tiles were old, and the furniture and fittings such as the sofa and the curtains were very old. The aircon was not very cold and the apartment units were near to the railway and the noise from the passing trains can be quite disturbing. I tried to ask to change to the hotel room again but the staff was not very helpful and did not even take down my particulars to try to arrange a room to change for the 2nd night. Overall, it was quite a disappointing visit.
