room was clean, aircon and hot water runs perfectly. the staff was friendly and cheerfull. breakfast was delicious.
Restaurant Tip:
You have to wait for breakfast like 20 mins. if you are in hurry, ud better order first.

its nice staying at this hotel, the room is clean, shower has hot water. the staff was friendly. feels like home. the bed is big enough for three of us (iam travelling with my 7 years old son and husband).

the hotel located far away from the downtown of Surabaya.
The condition of hotel is very good, clean and have a good services too.
This hotel is best value if we compare between condition and price.
Surrounded of this hotel have a many places for culinary so we did not have any problem to find the food.

i stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the nights there as the place is new built and the staff are friendly and the breakfast is really good!! if they maintain the cleanliness of the place then i believe guests will keep coming back. i will surely coming back.

Secara keseluruhan saya puas dengan penginapan ini meskipun bergaya minimalis, tanpa lampu baca dekat tempat tidur (bedside lamps)dan hanya tersedianya channel TV lokal walaupun ada TelkomVision decoder terpasang.
Pelayanan dan sarapan menu Indonesia cukup bervariasi setiap harinya (bread & jams juga tersedia).
Suasana jalan diluar kompleks perumahan cukup ramai dengan penjual makanan di malam hari bagi mereka yang suka mencoba aneka masakan "jalanan".
