Having got a late flight, I only arrived at the homestay at 9pm only for it to be all closed up, therefore had to wake the owners to let me in. Once getting in to the building, it then took about 30 mins to explain that I had booked on agoda (even with the voucher it was a struggle). However once sorted, the room was small, but this was due to the double bed, plus a decent bathroom and air conditioning. Was given a free breakfast in the morning to make up for the problems the night before.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Arrive early in the evening if possible.

Quiet and my room have direct light from The Sun on the morning (Room No 5)

Terrible homestay on Surabaya. Fact and champaign is different. Going out and enter the house should ask the owner as like entering a jailhouse. Not clean and uncomfortable.
Late arrival just 10 minute (22:40 pm) they dont want to open the fence. So I must open on another hotel (Country Heritage) to sleep a night.
Terrible .. bad customer service.

Near Swie Kee on Nginden Raya - their frog taste is delicious

空港に近いということでこのホテルを利用しました。徒歩圏内には、屋台やコンビニ、タクシー乗り場がありました。しかし、大きいスーパーやちゃんとしたレストランはタクシーに乗っていかないといけないので、少し不便でした。
自宅の２階をゲストハウスとして使っているようで、１階には家族の方が常にいました。
部屋自体は狭かったですが、ホームステイとは思えないほどキレイで、清潔感がありました。クローゼット、エアコン、ミニデスクもあり、また歯ブラシ等のアメニティも置いてありました。
朝食のナシゴレンも美味しかったです。
Hotel Feature Tip:
空港までは、混んでいなければ車で25～30分ほどです。実際に市内までは行っていませんが、タクシー運転手は市内までは車で20分位と言っていました。
住宅街にあるので周りにはコンビニくらいしかありませんでした。タクシーで5～10分くらいのところに、大きなスーパーやきれいなレストランがありました。

空港に近い。スタッフが笑顔で親切。宿泊費が安い。朝食つき。電気ケトルが部屋にある。

一般の住宅をゲストハウスとして使用しているホステルでした。室内はきれいで、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。室内に冷蔵庫、テレビはありませんが、ゆっくりくつろげる雰囲気の部屋でした。部屋ではお湯をわかせましたし、廊下にも飲料水（アイスとホット）とキャンデイのサービスがあり、常備されている紅茶とコーヒーのパックを安く買って飲めました。朝食は卵焼きののったミーゴレンとで紅茶のサースがありました。空港まで高速道路の料金を含めて６００００ルピア以下でした。また利用したいと思っています。
Restaurant Tip:
近くに肉厚の魚を炭火で焼いて売っている小さい個人店舗があり、
魚とごはんと野菜とチリソースがついて１００００ルピアでした。その店で食べてもテイクアウトしてもok.とてもおいしかった。その店から数メートルの店ではチキンと魚のフライのテイクアウトの店がありここも人気と見えて客が多かった。

安全で清潔な安宿
華僑のお金持ちエリアにあり、オーナー家族の家に隣接しているので安心です。スタッフも気さくで食べ物もナシゴレンがRp10000と安価。頼めば好きなものを買ってきてくれたりもします。

お湯が出ないので、水シャワーが平気な方でしたらオススメです。
私が滞在しているときは、お客さんはほとんどがローカルで、夜チェックインして朝にはもう誰もいないような状況だったので、ほとんど毎日貸し切り状態で、自分の家のようにくつろげました。
私はインドネシア語ができるので、スタッフが英語や他の言語を話せるかは分かりません。
通りの向かいには大きな病院があり、ミニマートやワルン(安い食堂)も沢山あり、過ごしやすかったです。空港まではタクシーで30分位です。
スラバヤで、個室でゆっくり長期滞在したい人や、とりあえず寝るだけという方にはオススメです。

部屋は綺麗でしたが、周りに店がないので不便でした。
部屋は広くは無いですが、綺麗で冷房もよく効き快適でした。

トイレのノブが壊れていて閉じ込められてしまいました。
そういうものは、すぐに直していただかないと本当に困ります。
