Mediocre hotel with great location

we did not have much difficulty in finding the hotel as it is located at a strategic junction not far from nearby park and bridge, we were greeted warmly and the whole process went smoothly, worth the money overall

Nearby bridge has some friendly guy :p

Good location and room is dirty

The hotel is located at good location for shopping and parent for their children studying at Unair. Overall service is good but room is not as expected i.e. old, dirty, smiley and not my satisfaction. Towel and bed sheet is grey in color. Water heater not properly working. Not proper to carried out renovation while guest still staying at the floor (the floor should close completely if renovation is carried out).

Decent hotel with a little wear and tear
Quiet, 24-hour restaurant with decent dinner and breakfast, bathtub

the only problem with the bathtub is that it was pretty gritty. the sheets also were questionably clean, and we had a large wet spot on the floor. the staff was nice, the hotel was quiet and easy to sleep in, and the beds were fairly comfy with good pillows. just didn't seem too clean.

ロケーションは中心地に位置していて便利でした。
スタッフの対応も良く、朝５時に出発する旨を伝えたところ、
朝食ビュッフェをお弁当に変えてくれました。
ただ、建物が古いためか、シャワーの圧力が弱く、
シャワーを浴びるのが大変でした。タオルやマットも
用意されておらず、電話で頼んでもすぐには持ってきてもらえず、
２回目の電話でようやく持ってきてもらいました。

Hotel Sahid merupakan hotel yang selalu saya kunjungi setiap ke Surabaya. Kali ini saya menginap selama tiga hari, dua malam. Kesan saya kali ini, Hotel Sahid terkesan agak tua dengan perabotan/furniture dan fasilitas kamar mandi yang ada. Namun hal ini sepertinya sudah disadari oleh pihak hotel Sahid dan sekarang mereka sedang melakukan renovasi secara bertahap. Harapan saya, semoga Hotel Sahid terus maju dan menyediakan fasilitas serta menggunakan perabot/furniture yang tidak menimbulkan kesan tua. Kesan antik boleh tapi tidak terlihat ketinggalan jaman.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hotel Sahid dekat stasiun Kereta Api Gubeng dan pertokoan Delta Plaza.

Sehingga bunyi bising Dari pekerjaan sangat mengganggu Dan sy minta Pindar kamarnya, Hal ini langsung ditindak lanjuti Dan sy ditindak ke kamarnya lainnya yg tidal bising dissertation Dan permohonan ma'af Dari pihak hotel.
