Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The Hotel is near to McDonald, Tunjungan Plaza (the biggest mall in surabaya).
Only 5 minutes walking distance from hotel entrance to tunjungan plaza.
Near by to Ranch Market (similar to Cold Storage) The best part is they operate 24 hours.

nice hotel, clean and tidy, cozy lobby and also nice meal at restaurant, try japanese resto and also chinese resto, food was fresh
cozy lobby, no need to arrange meeting room, cause at lobby more than enough, not crowded, wifi available
room not so big, but enough, bath tube still old style, tv was good, clean and comfort

try japanese restaurant and also chinese restaurant, very good meal and equal with the price we pay

Not the best Shangri-La on planet earth,

Ah... the smell of the Shangri-Las... So addictive...
Frankly speaking, of course the place is nice, it's a Shangri-La, but the rooms are old and need an urgent renovation. Lobby and swimming-pool areas are great. A little bit disappointed by the italian restaurant (at least I don't recommand their pizze...)
Nightlife Tip:
Don't recommand the club. Not worth it (and i like the Bats in JKT). Insted, head up to the nearby infamous Dolly area for an exotic experience.
