from the minute we arrived at the airport and were met by shangri la staff to the time they drove us back to the airport, checked us in and waved us on our way we were treated like royalty - the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. the hotel has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing holiday. top marks for a wonderful experience

agodaを初めて利用したThe Singhasari Resort、2回目のShangri-La Hotelの両方に、部屋には落とす事ができない汚れがあり、不愉快な思いをしました。安い？にはそれなりの理由がある事を学びました。Shangri-La Hotelは大変豪華でしたが、スタッフはお客を優先に考えるのではなく、それぞれ自分のペースで仕事をしているのが印象的でした。
Shopping Tip:
近くにCIPUTRA WORLDというデパートが有ります。家族連れからカップル、また1人で来られても、安心してショッピングと食事を楽しめます。

수라바야에서는 손꼽히는 호텔중 하나인 샹그릴라 호텔입니다.
일단 시내 중심에서는 조금 떨어져 있지만
새로 생긴 쇼핑몰인 ciputra world와 걸어서도 갈수 있는 거리이므로
편리하고 한국음식점, 슈퍼가 있는 darmo park i과도 걸어서 가므로
여러모로 편리한 점이 있습니다.
단 가격은 현지 여행사를 통해서 예약하시는 것이
대략 $50정도까지 절약 됩니다.
아고다가 비싼 경우도 있네요,
데스크부터 모든 직원들이 매우 친절합니다.
지하에는 몇가지 식당이 있구요,
룸은 가격에 비하면 약간 작지만 깔끔합니다.

Travel tip:
untuk shopping anda tidak perlu jauh" karena dekat hotel banyak shopping centre, untuk yg melakukan perjalanan bisnis anda tidak perlu pusing juga, karena lokasi relatif dekat dengan pusat bisnis
