The best location hotel in tunjungan area. Easy access from room to shopping malls. Hotel is clean with good staff. Receptionists were very helpful and very welcome to indonesians. Lobby hotel needs more chair for waiting. Restaurants excellent and tasty food also. Will return to this hotel for sure. Executive lounge is great and comfy.

My first visit to Surabaya and the Sheraton Hotel & Towers. Location of the hotel is perfect for those on business.
Club rooms are well kitted out with all the amenities you need during your stay. The complimentary evening Hors d'oeuvres and cocktails allow you to wind down after a long day.
Fully equipped fitness area with an excellent sauna/steam rooms. Did not get a chance to use the pool, however it is sizable with a swim up bar.
Service from the time of arrival until departure was spot on. They could not do enough for you but allowed you space. Kudos to the staff for making my stay a memorable one.

We enjoyed breakfast out on the terrace but the smokers should have had an area to themselves. Also for the evening meal we liked to sit outside, spoilt again by the smokers around us. The pool area is very nice and shady. The Gym well maintained and clean. Spa area smelt of drains - a point which the hotel must remedy. A spa area should smell of nice clean aroma. The service by all staff was edxcellent. Extremely polite and managing the english language well.
Large shopping centre next door. Not all shops, such as GAP take European credit cards. We had to ask in every shop if they would accept a German Bank's Mastercard before buying. A handicap for Indonesian shops. Jakarta was OK though.
Shopping Tip:
Some nice shopping centres. Easy to get around. Taxi drivers polite and trying their best to understand english.

This hotel, in my opinion is a great hotel to visit. Clean and comfort for all ages. Besides of that the hotel location is a strategic point because for who like to shopping, you don't need take a long way. Because the shopping mall is right beside the hotel only.

Fantastic clean room and especially very well located as it is connected to the biggest shopping mall in surabaya. the gym, sauna and swimming pool are very inviting. you will sleep very well in their very comfortable beds, with fluffy pillows under the softest duvet.
