We could go through directly from Hotel to Shopping Mall which is the biggest in Surabya, even rainy day, without getting wet.Room Rate is reasonable and hospitality is beyond my expectations.I would like to stay again in my next visit.

the hotel location is great since it is located next to the shopping malls in surabaya. you can find food very easy and you can meet your business partner within walking distance with convenience access to the shopping malls. it is located in the heart of surabaya. the staffs are excellent, but the unfortunately the hotel is quite old.

hotel location just next to the biggest shopping mall in town.
the problem only this hotel has no parking area, most of vehicle parked at lobby area and make the lobby very crowded specially while raining time.

There is not much to say about this hotel. It is indeed a 5-stars hotel where all what you are expected of it meet. Friendly and helpful staffs, good security, clean, spacious, comfortable. I have no complain whatsoever.
What stands out more compared to other 5-stars hotel in Surabaya is that the hotel is connected to one of the biggest nall in Surabaya, the Tunjungan Plaza mall. It is very convenient. Everything you might need is only at walking distance.

Great Hotel in the heart of the city

Stayed here during a short business trip and enjoyed the stay here. Initially, I had booked for a non-smoking room, but because I had a late check-in, the hotel informed me that only smoking room was available and I was immediately upgraded to the next level up, what a pleasant surprise.
Anyways, the hotel's location is perfect for the business traveller, it is right in the heart of the city and next to Tunjungan Plaza, where food and entertainment is readily next door. The rooms itself do need some refurbishment. The corridor's carpets and the toilets are quite run-down (for a five star establishment), but it was fine for a day's trip.
Anyways, I will definitely stay again if I go to Surabaya for the next trip!
