We could go through directly from Hotel to Shopping Mall which is the biggest in Surabya, even rainy day, without getting wet.Room Rate is reasonable and hospitality is beyond my expectations.I would like to stay again in my next visit.

the hotel room is very nice and clean.
front office services also good.
hotel location just next to the biggest shopping mall in town.
the problem only this hotel has no parking area, most of vehicle parked at lobby area and make the lobby very crowded specially while raining time.

we love to stay in this hotel.
+ the room was big, each of the twin bed also big and comfy. We have beautiful view of Surabaya from our room.
+ Big mall is so closed so you can easily window shopping there.
+ Breakfast was great with many choices
+ Nice greetings from all staff.
- breakfast area was small so we have to wait 5mnts to be seated.
- not comfortable with the pool entrance. We have to go through the breakfast area in the lobby.

The hotel have acess to big shopping mall, so it's easy to looking for food and others.

the location of this hotel is fantastic,specially for the ones who love shopping.
only the room service department have to upgrade their standard of cleanliness. the blanket in our room has chocolate/blood stains.
Shopping Tip:
Many shops on Tunjungan Plaza, big shopping mall beside the hotel. You can find anything you are looking for.
