This hotel is connected to largest shopping mall in Surabaya. The hotel is located at the centre of city. It has a large room, comfy bed and clean bathroom. The staffs are well trained and ready to help. I will definitely come back to stay again at this hotel.

i was put to a smoking room, so i requested for a change. I was made to wait for 1 hour. the staff should have informed me that they could not provide room, so that i could have gone for lunch. in spite of asking staff many times, i got poor response. with that kind of attitude, i will take my business elsewhere.

This was my 2nd time staying here. And it's deffinitely a pleasant one. Free upgrade as I stepped on the reception desk, great new furnished room and great breakfast are few of things they offer. Mall is just next to the lobby where I can get food and shopping. Surely the best choice!

This hotel, in my opinion is a great hotel to visit. Clean and comfort for all ages. Besides of that the hotel location is a strategic point because for who like to shopping, you don't need take a long way. Because the shopping mall is right beside the hotel only.
