Good stay with everything what i want
breakfast was very good, also the big swimming pool and many green around the rooms. nice big rooms

My stay was good and very good next time to Surabaya I will book there again. Also the tea hour keep that on the service, never seen in other hotels. Also the room service was very good .

nice and quiet

It was nice and very relaxing pool bar, the pool is clean and big. I would like to stay at this hotel with my family to enjoy the vacation. Unfortunately for business traveler, it is very hard to connect to internet connection by wifi even though I bought the internet voucher for 5 hours, luckily I can use the internet connection at the lobby,, restaurant and pool bar. But sometimes I need to use the internet in the room which is very hard to connect.
Overall, this hotel is more suitable for relaxing.

We have a good experience, a friend left her backpack without realizing it. We go off for sight seeing unknown to us she left her back up. When she realized after about 2 - 3 hours she called the hotel to ask whether anybody saw the backpack. She gave her hp no. and we rushed back to the hotel and found it was safe and sound, the receptionist try to call my friend but cannot get thru as my friend did not give a proper hp no. I left my purse and moved to another area of the hotel and they gave me back my purse.

The Singgasana is a nice pleasant hotel. The hotel is all single-storey design and set in a cosy garden landscape around a large pool. Rooms are large for the cost, and tastefully furnished and designed, though some of the systems (on-off main switch at bedside and air-condition) are a bit out of date. The check-in/out is fast and efficient, and friendly staff are always available to help call a taxi for airport (15-20min on highway irrespective of rush-hours). The food (dinner) consists of a decent buffet (the selection however, is overwhelming but sufficient) for the cost of 100.000+ rupiah. A la carte is also possible. Wine, however is priced completely out of context with a glass of house wine costing USD22++. Breakfast buffet is fair with sufficient variety.
