Pleasant, good service and very good value for $$

The Singgasana is a nice pleasant hotel. The hotel is all single-storey design and set in a cosy garden landscape around a large pool. Rooms are large for the cost, and tastefully furnished and designed, though some of the systems (on-off main switch at bedside and air-condition) are a bit out of date. The check-in/out is fast and efficient, and friendly staff are always available to help call a taxi for airport (15-20min on highway irrespective of rush-hours). The food (dinner) consists of a decent buffet (the selection however, is overwhelming but sufficient) for the cost of 100.000+ rupiah. A la carte is also possible. Wine, however is priced completely out of context with a glass of house wine costing USD22++. Breakfast buffet is fair with sufficient variety.

The Main flaw of this hotel is probably the location. It is quite far from the center of the city. As a whole, it is a wonderful hotel to stay for a holiday. The swimming pool is clean, the room is quite large and clean. Before choosing a room, it is advisable to check the bathroom, because often the water pipes gave away whizzing sounds.

5 minutes walking distance from Hotel lobby to the room and also complicated, staying in this hotel because there's a friend wedding party held in this hotel, old room but its clean, delicious breakfast

I went there for business. It's a bit far from my customers' places but the enviroment is so wonderful that I feel totaly relax after a busy day of working. Since it was Hilton before, they still keep almost 5 star hotel standard.

I originaly planned to stay 2 nights hotel for my business trip. I like this hotel very much because it's confortable with bright & large room. Since it's Ex Hilton, they have 5 star hotel features but with very affortable price. I finally extended 3 more days ...

Resort like Hotel with big swimming pool
A very big hotel with a lot of rooms. Good for retreat and just for leisure.

When you arrive in the hotel you feel like arrive in Nusa Dua Bali with different ornamaen with no beach :-). Swimming pool is big. Its a bit of Challenge for management to manage hotel with a lot of rooms and resort like facilities. Facing a problem with aircon in the room but the engineer could fix it immediately.
Travel tip:
If you want to have quite hotel, resort like, non tall bricks hotel, need to swim, jogging, Singasana (used to Hilton) Hotel is the right place for you
