Pertama kali datang diberi kamar di lantai 2 yang ternyata banyak debu, kemudian diberi kamar lantai 1 yg cukup bersih, hanya banyak nyamuk.

Saya agak kaget melihat kecilnya Soerabaja Place Guest House. Cenderung gelap pula,dengan kurangnya penerangan. Dan sirkulasi udara di bagian dalam terasa kurang (berasa panas).Namun sewaktu masuk kedalam kamar, terasa kenyamanan yang ditawarkan oleh Soerabaja Place Guest House. Kasur yang nyaman, suasana kamar yang terasa seperti di rumah, dan tidak berbau apek. Sehingga segala macam kelelahan selama perjalanan terbayar sudah. Terima kasih.
