nice little homestay hotel right in the heart of surabaya.
room are reasonable and up to its value.
good location where you can just a short trishaw ride to the main shopping area, tunjuggan plaza.
foos outlet are right in front of the main door, so getting your mid-night snack is very convenient.
security is 24 hours and you will feel 100% secure in this tiny hotel as they keep the gate locked always,so no stranger is there to pester you during your stay.
it is an ideal place if you are driving and your car is guaranteed safe in the premises.

Pleasant GH That Offers More Than A Place To Sleep

pleasant and no complain. a short a stay in surabaya but very enjoyable. the guest house(gh) really lives to its name. not only the room is spacious it also comes with a clean and spacious bathroom. hot and cold drinking water were available all the times. taxi is available upon request and without hassle. the sunan ampel mosque is only 15mins away by taxi and it's a good place for ladies to shop for muslim attires and products.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't miss the Sunan Ampel Mosque. Visit the grand mosque and not to miss to pray there at least once. The praying hall is 'cool' eventhough air cond is not installed. And before leaving Surabaya go and visit Cheng Ho mosque and pray there. It's 10mins walk from the guest house. Never leave the place before reading the wall plaque that writes the background story of the mosque.

Hotel dengan suasana yang tenang, terletak di pusat kota Surabaya, bersih, dengan tamu yang tidak terlalau banyak menyebabkan suasana nya jadi sangat tenang, dekat dengan pusat penjualan makanan, restoran/rumah makan yang cukup dikenal dikota surabaya.Pusta perbelanjaan juga tidak jauh dari tempat tersebut, sangat di rekomendasikan untuk wisata berlibur, dengan suasana 'Surabaya se hari2', tidak kuatir dengan sarapan pagi, makan siang maupun malam, karena sangat dekat.
Pasar Genteng dan beberapa Mall besar juga tidak jauh dari Hotel, bisa ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki saja.

Soerabaja Place Guest House ini tempatnya agak tidak terlihat dari jalan raya karena bentuknya menyerupai rumah biasa, gerbangnya selalu ditutup dan dijaga satpam, keamanannya cukup baik. Ukuran kamar tidak terlalu besar, cukup untuk 2 orang dewasa dan anak kecil. Ada fasilitas AC, wifi, tv kabel dan air panas. Hotel ini cukup bersih dan nyaman, namun tidak tersedia restoran. Hotel ini dekat dengan balaikota Surabaya.
