i stay there for 1 day business trip, so i couldn't see so much things. only in the night it's very quiet surounding area.
it's good for those who want stay away from noisy area.
the wireless internet is the only facility that i used, and it's quite good. i could sleep well there and the breakfast is good with various choices.
overall, i like staying there.

the room is preety clean, breakfast is with a lot of selections but not my favorites at all. I booked with Agoda and the reception was unable to find my booking until hotel voucher was presented. The only unsatisfactory of my stay is the quality of the towels. I stayed for 3 nights and the towels has been becoming older and older. You can just tell by the color and the smoothness. Hair dryer is under request and is very wick in blowing the hair dry.
Shopping Tip:
Ciputra mall is close by but still kind of far by walking.

the hotel is far from the city center, but close to eating place. good restaurants are just next door. room is quite big. furniture and carpet need replacement as they look old already. breakfast selection is good. overall a good stay

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and i'm not satisfied yet. I want to stay there longer but, yeah thats my time matter.. Lol
I have a problem with the digital air conditioner (AC) remote. Its broken and can't set the temperature correctly. But maybe thats only in my room.. And about the wifi, i only want to say that its limited. But i promise it will satisfied you enough. I don't know for the hours but i live my download in the night and when i wake up the connection have been disconnected.. But it will regained again when you login with the same username and password and you can use the wifi again. I guess this work better than that hotel with no wifi or there is wifi but only can open it for 2 hours..
Restaurant Tip:
Somerset hotel Surabaya is surrounded by many nice restaurant outside the location. Such as boncafe, restaurant 'masakan padang'(Padang Cuisine), Primarasa (you should try the 'gurame bakar' here), and many more. Its one of the many reason why i └ºνє to stay here in Surabaya.
