Stayed with an elderly and children ages 4-11 and we booked 4 rooms altogether. The rooms were clean, toilets were clean as well, but had no piping hose. The hotel lobby and cafe were newly renovated and the renovation completed right before we arrived, thus the finishings looked rather fresh and new.
The breakfast buffet was nice,which ranged from local cuisine to some western cuisine such as the pastries and salads. Very friendly, polite and helpful staffs. What ever we requested in the room, was quickly fulfilled by the appointed staffs.
Nevertheless, watch out if your children played at the swimming pool, as some older children would swim at the adult pool, because the adult pool is quite deep, about 1.5 meter if I am not mistaken.
We tried the spa massage, but I didn't find it to be nice. I guess I didn't get a good masseur..
But overall stay was great! We had so much fun!

Nice hotel in northwest Juanda Airport

Reasonable rooms but no hose on toilet so you must go into bathtub. Delicious and varied dish for breakfast but when my 6 years old daughter need help to take a bowl of noodles one of theirs waiter is refuse to help and said "Ask your parent for help " while I'm taking my breakfast.

Location is not in the heavy traffic and close to the toll road to the airport and it is next to the restaurants which provide variety of foods. It is good for business trip.

it just walk within 5-10 min to look around for restaurant and pedestrian street food.

comfy and nice place to stay. each room have wifi, ask front desk to give you the password. Breakfast have so many variety and its delicious. If you have time you can go to swimming or do exercise @ gym, they have this facility. in night you can walk around outside. you can choose more than 10 restaurant and many of pedestrian street food or local snack. its also near with express way. So when you go to airport no need to rush in traffic jam. next time will stay in Summer set again
