we decided to stay at this serviced apartment in surabaya because we were so pleased with the quality of the services residence in bangkok. this pales in. comparison. it's a tired, run-down building that is in dire need of improvement. i don't know if i even dare to stay at their hotel here.

The bathtub leaks, the complimentary water each day gotta ask, the tv is old, the lift breaks down very often... 3 days out of 5.
