Lokasinya yang strategis di tengah kota Surabaya membuat hotel ini menarik untuk ditinggali terutama bagi anda yang mempunyai budget terbatas dan hanya butuh tempat utk istirahat saat malam. Kamarnya kecil dan interior ruangannya seperti ruko tapi kamar mandinya bersih sehingga anda tidak akan merasa jijik.
Dekat dengan stasiun kereta api dan pusat perbelanjaan sehingga mudah untuk mencari taxi jika anda ingin berpergian kemana mana. Dekat juga dengan rumah sakit sehingga jika anda sakit saat melancong, anda tinggal melangkahkan kaki saja ke depan rumah sakit

CUkup ok untuk pengembara

ukuran kamar ok, ada ac, tapi suasana ruangan masih agak kusam, sekarang sedang dilakukan renovasi, mudah2an habsi renovasi bertambah baik. toilet dapat dipakai walaupun agak rusak sedikit sana sini.
